Welcome to Shove it in Your Mouth and Chew! My name is Josh and this blog is my personal passion project. I'm the cook in the family (Chef Pierre if you ask my dad...). I wanted an easy way to share all my recipes with family and friends--ergo, food blog!

I'm not a professional chef, but I have worked in restaurants for (a few too many) years. When you're around a bunch of chefs, you tend to pick up a few tricks along the way. And a bit of questionable language.
